Courtesy Patrol Specialists has been selected as our patrol and parking security company.
The patrol company is responsible for enforcing our parking rules and regulations as well as providing the following services.
- Check and clear pool area and restrooms
- Respond to any disturbance calls
- Report any and all maintenance issues such as lights out, vandalism, graffiti, property hazards, etc
- Report any trespassers/loiterers
- Report suspicious, vagrant or criminal activities
