Rules and Regulations

Village Cottages Homeowner Association offers many advantages to the homebuyer. In order to protect and preserve these benefits certain limitations and restrictions are placed on members of the Association.

The provided rules, regulations and policies have been developed with consideration given to providing each member with the greatest enjoyment of the facilities without infringing on other Members and their rights to quiet enjoyment of their homes and community.

These rules cover both usage of common area as well as prohibiting nuisance activity within individual units.

No unit shall be used in such a manner to obstruct or interfere with the enjoyments of occupants of other units or annoy them with unreasonable noises or otherwise, nor shall any nuisance be committed or permitted to occur in any unit.

Violations of these Rules and Regulations may be reported by any member to our property manager.

The provided rules aim to clarify and expand upon the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). They do not cover the entirety of the of the CC&Rs.

The Village Cottages community consists of private roads and parking restrictions are enforced.
